Modern Hideaway

Large scale project full of upgrades on this custom property and home. Client wanted a large family retreat full of features and space. We pushed the pool away from the house and added large stepping pads with turf inlays. There is also a custom Aluminum patio covering the outdoor kitchen for those parties needing more space to eat and cook. We built a custom sunken seating area next to the pool with a gas firepit and a rain fall coming off the Aluminum cantilevered structure. The wood porcelain tile mixed with light travertine pavers really create a warm and inviting area. Don't forget about the putting green with elegant white LED globe lights to illuminate the playing surface.
